5770 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee FL 34746

Mortem Manor is the area’s only year-round haunted attraction. The property is located in the heart of Old Town Kissimmee, which once was home to Grimm Haunted House and Legends Haunted House. Since the birth of Mortem Manor in the fall of 2016 the manor has changed into a world recognized haunted attraction. Mortem Manor has been recently named “One of America’s Scariest Haunted Houses” by the Travel Channel and featured on countless websites and news stations around the world.

Old Town, Kissimmee is more than your average shopping complex. Relax as you stroll through 18-acres of beautiful, tree-lined brick streets and discover over 70 unique, affordable shops and restaurants. They feature free, weekly live entertainment and events, family-friendly attractions, and rides every generation, young and old, can enjoy together.

Within the manor walls, you will find effects and sets that drop you into a new realm of horror. This old Victorian manor theme features dozens of state-of-the-art special effects and live actors. What makes Mortem Manor different than many other year-round haunts is the use of live actors. Most people think of the old school “boardwalk” style attractions that had skeletons and plastic sheets. Within the manor, you won’t find anything like that. You’ll come across movie quality sets, props that are realistic enough that make you question if they’re real and animations that are over 12′ tall.

Mortem Manor in 2019 expanded its love for horror by creating the “Post Mortem Boo-Tique” which features products from some of the industry’s top mask producers, haunted house prop manufacturers and horror clothing brands. The Post Mortem Boo-Tique is packed with officially licensed horror merchandise including masks, enamel pins, t-shirts, handbags, patches, hand props, make-up, fx teeth and more.
